Functional breathing

The Buteyko Method.

A breathing technique designed to restore functional breathing patterns — gently, daily, and without disrupting your life.

Why breathing matters

Breathing is involuntary — but it's shaped by stress, processed foods, excessive sitting and talking, lifestyle choices and environment. Functional breathing is in and out through the nose, light, slow and low into the diaphragm.

Buteyko is easily incorporated into daily life. No interruption, no sophisticated equipment — just exercises to decongest the nose, restore nasal breathing and rebuild healthy patterns. Progress is measured with a simple breath-hold called the Control Pause.
