Mind Body Connect Therapy (Based on Sophrology, Yoga, Mindfulness and Buteyko Breathing)

Covered under your NDIS plan –  Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing or Support Worker -Support to Access community, recreation activities standard.  Sophro Australia can assist individuals or groups.  providing Yoga, Sophrology and Mindfulness therapy to NDIS clients. 

Working with NDIS clients using self-managed or plan-managed NDIS packages.  We can tailor our sessions working towards your goal for your Health and Wellbeing plan.

The Spark Therapy Services

I organised a Sophrology and Breathing workshop for my team in the midst of Lockdown 6 in Melbourne.  It was such a wonderful tonic to rest, restore and connect.  The breathing and sophrology practices were practical and restorative.  Sophrology provided a new lens to our mindful practice as we engaged in experiential exercises to deepen our connection and awareness of our minds and bodies.  Sophie was an authentic and knowledgeable facilitator who shared information generously and was able to adapt the content to our needs.  Sessions with Sophie are a wonderful opportunity to support personal and team wellbeing.
