Radiant Seed Program Is a combination of yoga meditation and mindfulness which guides children/youth in a practice of age-appropriate yoga, relaxation, stillness,

and breathing techniques.

We use yoga practice, themes, stories, games, songs, and brain-body movement to create engaging lesson plans.

Our program for Preschools/Schools

Yoga and Meditation classes - 30min to 1hr sessions available

In Preschools - classes run for 30min to 1hr and meets the Early Learning Frameworks criteria. Bridging the curriculum between kinder and schools.


The nine key areas - Community  Identity  Wellbeing Behavioural

1.  Level at which the child interacts with other children – shows concern for others.

2.  Child’s level of confidence – listens to others ideas, respects different ways of being and doing.

3.  Child’s ability to concentrate and listen – open to new challenges; express a wide range of emotions, thoughts and views constructively.

4.  Child’s ability to express themselves positively – demonstrate an increasing capacity for self-regulation.

5.  Child’s enthusiasm for participating in physical play and negotiate play spaces to ensure the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others.

6.  Child’s level of coordination skills – engage in increasingly complex sensory-motor skills and movement patterns.

7.  Child’s level of emotional wellbeing – shares happiness, humour and satisfaction and is increasingly cooperate and can work collaboratively with others.

Meditation is a highly individualised process.  It is about becoming sensitive and aware of your inner environment.  So you work from the inside out.We teach an unlimited wealth of meditations: Some involve breath, some imagery, some with chanting and singing.Meditation for children needs to be relevant to their lives, engage their imagination and enthusiasm, and though it can be challenging, it should not be gruelling. Repetition is best with children.  So what we teach can continue in the classroom or at home.

Yoga unites the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person.“Children learn best from their own experience” - Yogi BhajanThe body is made to do yoga.  Yoga postures and angles create certain pressures to stimulate the body and brain, making the necessary changes to become a healthy, happy and whole person.We are trained in Kundalin yoga, this yoga was given by Yogi Bhajan.  Kundalini Yoga is a form of physical and mental exercise that with practise, awakens the creative potential within.  With practice, life gets better – more joyful, more peaceful, more connected to inner guidance.
